Return Information and Conditions of Sale

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, GPSPRO offers a 30-day return policy (which begins on the day your order ships) during which you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization by calling us at 702-767-3779 or emailing support@gpspro.com. With the exceptions noted below, accessories returned during the RMA period are eligible for a full refund (less shipping), and tracking devices returned during the RMA period are eligible for a prorated service refund (less days already elapsed).

Important conditions of sale, RMA rules, exceptions:

  • If there are any problems with your order (e.g. you've ordered incompatible products, entered an invalid address, etc) GPSPRO will contact you via the email address and/or phone number you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to check your phone/email for correspondence from GPSPRO!
  • In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order or the order is in any way damaged/incomplete, it is your responsibility to report the issue to GPSPRO within 3 days of receiving the order. GPSPRO is NOT obligated to re-ship or replace missing/damaged items if they are not reported within 3 days.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Pre-paid shipping labels are only given for defective products and only for US customers.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • In the event that your package has to be redirected by UPS or FedEx after it has shipped due to customer error or request (e.g. you entered an incorrect address when placing the order OR you simply decide you want it delivered to an alternate location once it's already in transit), you will automatically be charged a $12 redirect fee.
  • If you signed up tracker service and return your tracker within the 30 day return period, you will receive a prorated refund for the remainder billing term, calculated at $0.66/day. Service charges for days already elapsed will NOT be refunded (example: if you ordered on June 1 paid for one quarter of tracker service [$59.85] and returned the tracker on June 20, your prorated refund would be $46.65).
    • If you wish to cancel your tracker service after the 30 day return period, you may contact us for an RMA at any time and your future recurring billing will be canceled when we receive your tracker, but there will be no partial refunds for the current billing term.
  • The $25 account setup fee is non-refundable even if the trackers are returned.
  • The original product(s) must be returned in otherwise new condition with ALL original materials (original packaging, manuals and accessories). All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse, and if the product(s) is scratched, dirty, missing packaging/parts or in otherwise used condition, a 20% restocking fee may be assessed OR your refund may be denied.
  • You MUST request an RMA before returning an order - if you return products without contacting GPSPRO, your return may be denied.
  • If you return your item(s) AFTER the 30-day time frame and your RMA has expired we are NOT obligated to accept your return or issue a refund.
  • Any refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.

After requesting an RMA:

  • GPSPRO will email you detailed instructions for returning your products. It is very important that you follow the instructions provided and ship your return to the address listed in the RMA email.
  • You must include your RMA number on the side(s) of the box you are shipping your items back to us in. Do not write on the manufacturer's packaging, only the OUTER shipping carton!
  • RMAs are valid for 10 days. If you do not return your items within 10 days of receiving the RMA instructions from GPSPRO, you may receive a reduced refund or have your return denied.
  • If your equipment is returned to us in like-new condition and you have followed the return policy, GPSPRO will cancel your future recurring billing (for trackers) and issue any refund due within 15 business days.
